Patience ran out at Caterham when they failed to make an impact.
Spot on - I am sure the investors thought by throwing a shed load of money at the beginning they would guarantee a seat on the gravy train that is the premiere league for a period long enough to get new stadium built which could then generate enough income to make the club self sufficient without their continued financial support

What happened as we all know is they've spunked all their money up the wall on dross and ended up with a yo yo team where Premiere league income is not guaranteed so they are having to revaluate there financial support to the club going forward.

As Vblock rightly points out how long will it be before their patience runs out and they pull the plug on this project and look to sell up. I guess only Tony and his fellow investors know the answer to that question.

Another day same old rubbish, only a scaled down version of pie in the sky promises.

As poster above says Caterham saw them loose interest, we are very much in danger of following the same path.

This is just silly... why start assuming this when it was only yesterday that Tony says he's here for the long haul?

With Caterham F1, he made very clear if they didn't do well that year that he will sell the team. Catherham were losing lots of money and everything that had been promised to lower teams didn't ever arrive, basically they were lied too and that's why Marussia F1 have gone bust. Teams like Force India, Sauber and I think Lotus made a fuss about this too. Tony did the right thing pulling out of F1, Bernie and his mates are only looking after the top teams. Anyway, Tony was more interested in QPR and started to focus on our club more. I guess people are not happy about that as well.

Any chairman can lose interest or want to sell up at anytime, but our owner has just said they have long term plans. Some of the things people come out with is just laughable, it's like saying if I play the Lotto I have the chance to win.

The only way I see Tony wanting to leave is if our own fans drive him out of our club. We can bring this post back up when he leaves.

Wasn't the loan from Barclays the training ground and other facilities? Don't think it can be used for anything else.

Lol imagine that! TF only has to get a bit of criticism and the man that loves to be loved is straight on twitter with the same old patronising stuff :-)
Cant see no demo's like we had to get Flavio out as i think Uncle Tone would have walked before that once he feels the wind change. Anyway we have to remember that TF is just the face for the syndicate that owns us. It's his job to keep the fans happy while they attempt to make thier money. After all they are not in it for the love of QPR or to pass the time they are here to earn big bucks. Although i bet they are not too happy with the first 3 years progress :-)

According to the Warren Farm protester on twitter we now have to reapply for planning and go through the whole objection and appeal process. I wonder how scaled down the new plans are? Good they are cutting their cloth accordingly i suppose.

Not wrong there V, but I'm one that believes that these men will get it right and in the future make money. It will take a little bit of work but there prepared to work for it, got to give them that at least.

The first attempt failed so they try again, at least their not quitters.

Thing is MYU i am not convinced that them chasing their money, which is why they invested in the first place, is the same as running the club as their number one priority. Club should always come first as far as us fans are concerned and if OOC and everything that come with it, for example, is not 100% right for the club then it should not be pursued. I can understand how the idea of a big stadium and all the glamour and glitz that comes with it appeals to some supporters but to me it is not important and i hope we never move from Loftus Rd. Fulham have tried to become something they are not and have been derided by us Rangers fans for years. We are a small club with a small fanbase and if it stays that way then that is a victory imo.
Already feel slightly disassociated with the club compared to how it felt 5 years ago and it will only get worse as the board continue to try to change us into something we have never been.

In principle, can you summarise what your main objections/fears are to the club and fanbase growing?

                            Just out of interest.

Who decides what is 100% right for the club though? Its subjective.

Warren Farm is back to square one.

                                Needs complete new planning permission.

Sauce? Ealing Council. Who are MIGHTY pished off that Fernandes made the statement without actually informing them that things were changing
