Completely agree but I also think money is a factor.

That statement tells me we're a mess financially. We can't afford to sack Redknapp and his staff or give funds to the new incoming manager.

Massive gamble and unless we can pull off a couple of outstanding loans, I can't see it paying off.

The players are playing for Harry....they want him to stay..Tony took that into consideration i reckon....we need to get a couple in, but get the right ones we have a chance

Valid points, however I still believe we have a squad that should be mid table. I'm still confident we'll stay up.

            A couple more in !??

He has signed about 35 + players since he has been here spent christ knows how much money on loans and fees and has just signed a striker Zarate who he doesn't play

How about we actually coach the players we have give them a defined role in the team and actually play with set game plan in mind

Didn't Hughes get the same backing? 2 weeks later he was gone.

              Dreaded vote of confidence?

Surely if we continue to lose and with our run of home games coming up, he cannot just sit there and watch us free fall into the Championship.

                Agreed.

Decision been made. Chairman has spoken.

Live and die by your decisions.

Time to get fully behind the manager & squad & get out of this hole.

It's all we can do, otherwise we're not helping and making this more difficult.

Tony's the boss and rightly or wrongly he has made his decision whether we agree or disagree with that its time to really get behind the team now, all this negativity within the club helps no one.

Can't believe we've gotta bring more players in again now. He's spunk.ed untold millions . Got a good squad already. Proved he can't get anything out of them. Now he's going to add more to the wage bill. Mental.

It will be loans and if he spends anything, I'm sure he'd have to sell first.

..Zarate is not fit. Nothing wrong with a bit of wheeler dealering...

I can see Fernandes stepping down end of the season now if this decision back fires on him. Just proves his love for Redknapp remains alive and well. Many manager have been sacked for a lot less. Oh well.
