Hoddle was brought in to coach the team because Harry's gang are too inept and lazy to do so. Same as McClaren last season. No doubt he'd like more input and I expect makes recommendations that fall on deaf ears. Do not tar Hoddle with the same brush as the cronies Harry's worked with for years.
Hoddle is th perfect person to take over. If the board ignore him and get someone from outside they are stupid and will also then have even more compensation to pay out if the new person brings his own people.

There are countless better options than 15mins of fame Sherwood when it comes to management!

How on earth posters can call being a mouthy flash B@stpd as having passion is beyond me ! he had 5 minute flirtation with management at Spurs upset a few player caused unrest in the squad ruffled a few feathers with Board members and then lost the job Yeah he'll be right
Hoddle hasn't managed for quite awhile but has been active with coaching his academy no he hasn't made an impact at QPR but what those opposed to him wont take on board is the fact he is only here part time and has never been in control of coaching training sessions , and he would 100% get my voteLast edited by dogsrrs; 17-01-2015, 12:36 PM.

Staggering the amount of people who want Sherwood! Based on what exactly?
As I said in a previous thread, Spurs fans singing 'where is our manager' due to the amount of time he spent watching the game in the stand rather than in the dugout. Got booed by his own fans before he was sacked.
Considering he only managed 28 games and won 50% of them, something must be seriously wrong to be getting booed!
He's also applied for every job going since leaving Spurs, yet is still unemployed, why? Regardless of whether he turned the job down or vice versa, something isn't right!
What are we offering that others didn't? What are we attracted to about Sherwood that others weren't?

Hoddle over Sherwood. Sherwood can't keep his mouth shut and needs to take the blame rather than put it on the players of he will loose the dressing room, he may have learnt but he may have not and we can't afford more division again. Also why has no other team given Sherwood a job especially in the championship who sack a manager every 9.8 days.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
