Adel wants out and he'll be shipped out on loan anywhere in this window. I actually think it's a clever move by Harry to play Adel. It gives Adel the chance to prove he's as good as he thinks in his head and put himself in the shop window. Hopefully it gets him his move and he puts in a couple of brilliant displays for us and gets us a few points, win win!

Because Redknapp doesn't do systems and just thinks you just need decent players

We have no use for Zarate and will end up playing him out of position

another pointless signing to add to the list

Should of played a hell of lot more for us over the last 2 years and would of done if it wasn't for Redknapp's vendetta

I would of hoped HR would play his best team available in one of the biggest matches of the season... rather than playing someone to get them a move, who hasnt played the whole season and is overweight (in HRs words)... in one of the biggest games of our season.

Zamora has been very poor lately. Traore could offer (some) protection for Hill. Try the ol boys as the centre 2, calm experienced heads (well, we tried everything else). Fer takes a central role.

              Green

              Isla Dunne Ferdinand Hill

              Vargas Barton Fer Traore

              Taarabt

              Austin

                    Just read the Adel thread.

When he has played he's been one of our better players. The stats support this. Harry has history with him, it was obvious he wouldn't give Adel games, he's been claiming Taarabt is unfit, won't train etc., yet when he does get a game he puts in a shift and is our best player by a mile…

Harry suits himself, as evidenced by chasing all of his ex-players, signing Rio on an expensive contract etc., rather than building a decent squad and preparing for the future, which is what we need.

If you can't see this then there's not much I can do tbh.

I'd start with Bob but replace him with Adel after 55/60 mins. I'd also tell Bob to really put a shift in.... Basically pace himself for 60 mins, not 90 mins.
I thought Adel and Charlie worked okay last week and it only sent awry when Bob joined the fray too.... It was like "too many cooks" sort of thing.

I don't disagree with most of that but you can only base it on what he's done in the PL and if we're all being honest, he's flattered to deceive.

Would I play him? Yes, but it has to be as a number 10 with no instructions on working back. Charlie works back a lot so it's not really a problem with Adel just sitting in between the opposition's midfield and defence all game and finding space. I personally think he could rip it up in that position with no defensive duties, but he's never been given chance.

Do I think he's our best player? No, he's too inconsistent. Is he our most exciting and talented? By a mile.

I don't like his constant 'I can't wait to leave' noise either. The lad doesn't shut up. Maybe if he got on with it he'd get regular football to impress and get his move.

Read Warnock's book about his attitude. I believe Harry when he says he doesn't train etc. Adel is his own worst enemy and he's throwing his talent away.

I'd disagree, he was our best player in the Hughes/Warnock era aside from arguably Cisse/Remy at some points. That we expected him to be our match winner speaks volumes.

I agree he should be #10, but I think the idea that he can't/won't defend is a myth, he showed that at Burnley and before he was frozen out..

And he's been pretty quiet in the media when you consider how the club/managment have treated him. We took the captaincy off him and gave it too Barton before he'd even played for us. HR publicly criticised him from the moment he came in. Honestly, if he'd just played him we'd all be in a better place right now. I can't blame him for wanting to leave, he is too good to sit on the bench at a lower Prem/Championship club.

Harry is too stubborn. He did the same to Yun in the Championship. He never gave Yun a chance, however when he did, he was one of our best players. So HR is treating Adel just the same. And now that he eventually played him, once again he was proven how wrong he (HR) is in judging players.

Expecting him to be our match winner doesn't mean a thing, we all know he's got the talent, which is why we hope! When's he actually delivered though? Can count on one hand!

I think I'd criticise a player who is earning £60k a week and being as disruptive as Adel was being. Turning up to training when he wants, telling everyone he's leaving. Why should Harry pick him? People seem to ignore the facts regarding Adel and his attitude!

You and others think he's too good, so whys he still here? Easy enough question to answer.

Only played up under Warnock and now Redknapp (so he says). Was apparently good as gold with Hughes
