But he should never have been appointed in the first place which then it goes back to whole short termism regarding the club and the fact we don't interview managers we just appoint the manager with the highest profile and who is out of work at the time and it seems will do the same this time as well.
      Nail on the head!

This is true, which is why we needed to appoint a manager who could change the cluture/playing style of club similarly to what Rafa did at Liverpool, Martinez at Swansea/Wigan etc. Sadly the board when for the media darling HR and his band of merry men. The club is a mess but a good manager with a proper plan could/should/would have done MUCH better than HR has.

Exactly. Got rid of all our players and replaced them with others who aren't a significant upgrade. Taarabt, Hoillet, Cisse, Granero, Mbia, Diakite are/were ALL good enough to play for us if coached properly.

Hold on, all them players flopped under Hughes so how is it Harry's fault? Are you forgetting the shambles it was? Even players have admitted it was the worst dressing room they've ever been in!

Hoilett has been shite from day one, Cisse was absolutely terrible from day one after his permanent move, Taarabt done what he wanted and was one of the worst instigators in the dressing room according to Traore, who's his mate! Granero was poor after his first month, his style doesn't suit this league and Mbia/Diakite are loose cannons. I'm glad they're all gone!

No more excuses for this overated OAP.
He should be sacked already for overseeing 10 away defeats on the spin.
We aint the biggest or the best, but Rangers used to be enjoyable on a match day regardless of result,a win would always top the day off.
But he has really taken the soul out of the club,Non stop moaning and believing he is too big a name for us.
All his mates on the coaching staff all of which are useless,Playing his favourites regardless of ability or form and not making significant improvements in any players he has ever brought to the club.
The Players of burnley and the like are fit and can maintain a 90 minute performance.
Ours cannot and havent been able to for a long while,Most are blowing out their backsides after an hour.
That leads me to thinking not much at all goes on in training,They are not coached to defend or attack properly thats for certain.
Get this Cancer out of my club straightaway.
Who ever is our next boss can he have a bit of passion and tactical nous and he should be honoured to manage our great club.
Please let it happen asap, then maybe we can all enjoy going to rangers again.

                    1) Not the best record but the players haven't done themselves much favours away from home to be honest
                    2) That's because we were in a worse league with lower standards for most of recent memory
                    3) He never said at any point he is too big for us. He wants to help the club move up because he believes in it and has a lot of respect for the owners.
                    4) Form would dictate that prior to Burnley, Taarabt was rightfully out of the team. He took a risk and everyone turned it into a negative about how he didn't give him a chance etc. point 2, except charlie austin, leroy fer, Vargas, Isla, Yun, Henry. But lets ignore those because they don't follow the harry out agenda
                    5) They aren't talented though bar one or two players (ings, mahrez at a stretch), the players actually do try and close down, but with Henry and Barton in the middle, they are too slow. It appears as though they aren't trying but they just are slow most of the time.
                    6) I can safely say that I have seen plenty of the club's training sessions, they do quite a lot of work relative to most clubs in the league.
                    7) That's pretty harsh
                    8) I hate to say it but not many top professionals in their entire life have ever felt that the only place they will ever be is at loftus road. There have been one or two at most in my lifetime certainly. This sort of belief of being owed someone who should be honoured is just an impossible statement unless you hire someone from here to be the manager - god forbid.
                    9) I do enjoy going to watch my team, I would say it is the ups and downs that keep it exciting. The feeling that we have the potential to beat a team like man utd just because of a feeling in our gut. That is what makes supporting this club so great. The underdog status.
"What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value. The idea that I trust my eyes more than the stats, I just don't buy that because I've seen magicians pull rabbits out of hats and I know I just know that rabbit's not in there." - Billy Beane

From what was said in another thread, we spoke to Pulis after the West Ham game but played well for a spell after that so everything was all good again! If you lose confidence in your manager, he should be sacked, no if's or but's and certainly not waiting until you have an 'excuse' to sack him. It's a circus!
                      Yea I'm not on that.

I'd never ever want QPR to lose ever under any circumstances but I've come to the end with regards to Redknapp.

Sooner he goes the better. It'll be all about the performance Saturday whether he keeps his job for me.

Manager that lie to supporters should be sacket

The interesting thing about that article is that a) the board is fed up with Harry blaming everyone bar himself and glossing over how much money he has spent and b) that if we lose against Man U he is sacked. It is also pretty clear that the source is on a board member but is not Tony, showing that others are taking responsibility in the absence of Fernandes.
