This is his squad of players assembled at a high enough price to expect a lot more than has been achieved so far.
Redknapp would have retired in May had QPR lost to Derby, yet has gone into this season looking as if he wished he had, and I for one wished he had done so too.
The sooner he goes the better.

The consequences of Harry blaming all but himself amid a rash of disappointment has done another piece of major damage: to his players. Sorry, but when you constantly diss the quality of the squad what does that say to those he's playing? You're not good enough. And they start playing that way. Here in America, the most famous line from President Harry Truman, who never shied away from taking responsibility for his actions, was "the buck stops here". If Harry is unwilling to do even that, it's time for him to retire. The hopes and dreams of too many who religiously follow, and fund, this club deserve more than a shrug of the shoulders. Lose Saturday, and it's time to replace excuses and blame with courage and spirit.

14 players in the squad are his signings, so technically it's not his squad! Harry hasn't done a good job and has spent a lot of money but to say it's his squad is completely wrong.
Players like Traore, Barton, SWP, Onuoha, Hoilett and Taarabt are crippling the club. All are on big wages and none are good enough for the Premier League and yes that includes Taarabt, who's been a massive flop.
None of the above can be sold because of the astronomical wages our owners give them, therefore it hammers the budget given to the manager, which forced him to retain the likes of Zamora.
Harry has spent money but I didn't hear people being angry when we signed Caulker, Fer and Mutch? Rio divided opinion as did Sandro, but the latter was only down to his injury record.
Who agrees the transfer fees and contracts?
I won't defend Harry for the way results have gone and especially some performances but I think it's a load of nonsense saying it's his squad, when it clearly isn't and that he's spunked millions, when in truth the club deals with the money side and has ####ed up since the day they walked in!
Can't people see the job Hughes did at Blackburn, City, Fulham and now Stoke? Why did he fail here? The problems run deep and the sooner people realise this the better. The club is a shambles off the pitch and until that's sorted, things will never change.

SWP refuses to go out on loan because he's a lazy ####er and is happy picking up his wages. Who has gone on to better things? Granero and Mbia.
Adel is like a spoilt child and is no good to have around the place. All flopped under Hughes, who has done brilliant where ever he's been apart from here. I wonder why that is?
