Rats all leaving a sinking ship, is that a dig at a young player, who wants to progress? We have little history in young players playing in our 1st team and a manager who since his West Ham days doesn't give youth a chance.

We should congratulate a young player who is willing to step out of his comfort zone in search of 1st team football.
