Don't be fed the bullsh1t of needing players that HR gives... Burnley have a far lesser squad than us and look at them. We have wingers.. Phillips and Hoilett just need fvcking coaching! Their young players, they don't need neglecting.

We shouldn't be wanting to shove young players out the door so quickly.

Oh yes we do Hoilet cant be coached how many games has he played career wise 188 according to wikki , Phillips is worth keeping but loaned out for the rest of the season with a recall clause ideally to a championship club needs to learn to react quicker to a situation and the Premier is not the place to learn

Yeah but what if we were in the relegation zone like we are now, same number of points and goal difference, but we did have a few away points and correspondingly a few less home points, would you not want HR gone in that case?
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

OK so boot Hoilett out at 23 years of age because he has played 188 games and cant be coached? You make no sense man!
Hoilett was superb at Blackburn but hasn't been able to re-kindle that form.. You don't just boot a young talented player like Hoilett out of the door.
He needs games, he needs a coach who is also gaffer. He needs trust, he needs confidence.. All wingers need confidence. Without confidence as a winger, it is one of the hardest positions. His not stupid.. He knows how much stick he has been getting from Rangers fans in the last few months. It doesn't help his confidence.

Not trying to be a smart arrrs but how do you know he was superb at Blackburn ?any player can be good if you see snippets on match of the day you don't often see dud crosses miss passes , he's winger that cant cross that's no use to us his final ball is crap , yes he's young and can run with the ball but we need more than that , against Swansea he couldn't take the ball to the corner post without losing it that could have saved us 2 points , his game is just not reliable enough to be a premier league player

He was superb, he was very very talented and was their main goalscoring threat for a long time alongside Pedersen. That is why Arsenal wanted him. I respect him for choosing us over them due to the potential of more first team football and unfortunately, he hasn't performed. I hate on him but I can still see that player there. The young starlet who would terrorise the opposition but maybe he needs that forced out and into his game. He needs to be that fear monger who attacked his full back with pure pace and agility and knew how to take them on and more importantly get past them. My

I never did say we should rely on him exclusively and now we could get this Mpoku guy, we also have taarabt and Zarate who can play wide left. Just take out Ehmer and SWP and we have a good looking squad there.

Doesn't bother you that most of the players that joins the R's somewhat loose their flair and confidence? I am sure that Hoilett is a good player, if ever someone at the club knows how to motivate him and help him regain his confidence. There is something seriously wrong at this club. The fact that the money people invested in the club, made more damage then good. Because of the money, the wrong personnel joined the club without any form of structure and study. Money is the most important factor. The club can go to hell!

I think he was sort of the Adel (Championship season) of their side wasn't he? Sort of officially just behind the striker but moved all over the place.

I think that was the case, Nasser 95. Would have liked him to do the same here. Our play is still far too stationary up front. No Wonder many of our passes fail.

If i'm not mistaken, didn't we play him there in pre season? I thought he actually looked good there.

you know things are really really really bad when people are starting to make excuses for toilett. Blokes sh ite. When you think about it, how can any football team in the top flight of english football expect to stay up when they have toilett, traore and hill playing in it. (no disrespect to clint as a man)
