This thread makes me laugh! Get players from the Championship they say. Like who? We've got no money, we've got one domestic loan available and you try getting a Championship club to agree to letting their players leave!
M'Vila is a class act and would strengthen us immensely. It would be a loan move, so nothing major to lose. He improves us, giving us a better chance of survival and he can use our club to prove that he can do it in the Premier League and in the process put himself in the shop window. Absolute no brainer!

M'Vila and Sandro in front of the defence will be awesome and not many players will go through that barrier. However, IF M'Vila want to joins and honestly wants to have a fight and is in good condition, then its an ok. My only hope will be that both him and Sandro will stay injury free up to the end of the season. Fer will be then utilized in his normal role. Vargas, Austin and Taarabt/Zarate to make the final three positions. Giving that all players give their very best at HOME and AWAY, then I cannot see why we cannot save our status in the Premier.

Hitman, yes there are 6 defensive players there, but Isla and Yun when fit could be attacking down the flanks giving 6 players in attack.
This would actually help with Redknapp’s defensive/counter attack tactics in away games.
Austin as the main striker, supported by Vargas and Zarate who both have a bit of pace) or Taarabt, who doesn't but does have skill. This leaves Fer to be the link between the defensive midfielders and attack. He can play a similar role to the one that Lampard has done so well during his career.
Having said that, the players would have to remain fit for this to work.

Isn't it down to the management and coaching staff to get this out of players? Can't imagine players doing that to the likes of Ferguson, Mourinho, Van Gaal & Pulis etc."What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value.
