Thing is whats done is done .......yes it's not ideal obviously, but what do we do?....It's all well and good Kirill constantly slating the owners but what do we do?
Take banners to the ground, protest and demand they leave?...We are it seems not spending and will in all probability be relegated and the FL ffp fine will hit us again.
Then we will live within our means and the prem money will reduce the debt, for a few years.........and after all that we will probably be where we were before Briatore took over
just drifting around no ambition, no hope .......but then there are plenty that want that back so not everyone will be upset

But that is the root of the problem. Irrespective of whose money went in, the indebtedness will be with the club when it all goes #### up. TF & Mittal and indeed any owner with a functioning brain is not going to have liability.

The thing that really flagged up the potential meltdown was the bank deal. That was a dark day.

QPR will never REALLY owe that money. It hasn't got it, so cannot ever be asked to repay it.

TF, Mittal and others INVESTED their money. Of course they will lose it. These things happen all the time, just not as close to home for us Rangers fans. Who do you think is going to be giving it back to them, other than the next lunatic that decides to waste his money on a whim?

As for the bank deal, that was a good thing, not a dark day. It started a relationship with an organisation we may wish to borrow from to help us fund other things, should they come to fruition.

I know it's hard and I know it looks gloomy and I am every bit as frustrated as you. But as Dave says, they seem comfortable with it. Despite all that has happened, all the flak TF has had, of which a lot was totally uncalled for, he hasn't yet made sarcastic, offensive comments to the fans as did Briatore.

I think TF has made mistakes. Many. The biggest being the idiot manager we still have. But everything he has done, misguided or not, has been done with GOOD intentions. I for one will support him for that a least. Think we should all get behind him and the other owners, but do what we can to urge them to realise their mistakes.

I thought they were in talks to write the debt off anyway? What stopped them? The reason they didn't backs up the argument that the debt is worrying as obviously they want some of their investment back!

The only way they would get any of it back would be to put us into administration and get something like 5 or 10p in the £ back on their investments, by asset-stripping the club.

It's either that or continue with their long-term plan that the investment is designed for.

If they sell the club or if we somehow become a PL regular and start to make a profit. If they wipe off the debt they can't be seen to "pay themselves" so to speak, so by keeping the debt owed, they can use the profit against the debt. I think they'll be waiting a long time for us to profit mind!

What really tees me of is even after all that madness and supposedly "not getting caught out again" we've still spewed £millions on Mutch, Sandro and Fer. Maybe they will come good but the clock's ticking and there's no sign of them even justifying 10% of their cost at this juncture.
At least with Remy and Samba we managed to cut our losses quite well and recoup more or less what we paid initially. How on earth would we get a fee at all for those 3 chumps though..... I can see us being stuck with them for length of their contracts and seeing them trotting out in League One for us.

I recall once Amit said that QPR for his family are not about profits, its a passion.....like most of us. They know they will never make money out of QPR. However, I agree with most arguments that we should spend sensibly.
