Defoe is a top signing if you create chances but Sunderland are a team that have struggled to score and create for a number of seasons so not sure why that will change just because Defoe has tipped up

The contract is around £14.5m if £80k a week for three and a half years is correct. Far too much.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

This is all set up to go disastrously wrong….

Defoe had something like 3 goals in his last 30 Tottenham appearances, he can't play in a 2, he's greedy and selfish but also very wasteful. Drifts in and out of games. Sunderland love a bad transfer don't they, got a terrible track record...

good move by the board for not even entertaining this signing. far too injury prone. cant last 90 mins, and on a hefty wage.

thank fark they have learned something.

now can they activate that termination clause in Antons contract please.

                              Signed for Palarse ? ? ? ?
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

how are sunderland safe? in large part, they are still the team that let in 8 goals against a soton team that beat us with 2 wonder goals, back when we were proper woeful.

same goes for WBA. i know pulis is a god to some on here, but hes bound to sell berahino soon, so youre that confident about the rest of that squad? where will the goals come from, sessongon? anichebe?
