My choice would be to make Harry director of football because on the whole I think he does a good job with transfers and (especially if Derby don't get promoted) Steve McClaren as manager. During the time he was here the team played much better and the team, Harry and him had a good rapport. I think if he had stayed we would have won the Championship and been in a better position to get players in for our Premiership campaign.
We need some sort of continuity, not a complete change as we keep doing and that doesn't really seem to work long-term.
At the end of the season we need to send Harry, Joe Jordon, Kevin Bond (who hasn't got 2 brain cells to rub together by the way) and Glenn Hoddle packing. Bring in a younger manager who has learned his trade properly and is capable of developing players and understanding the modern game!

We needed to sack Redknapp and get rid of his band of merry men in the summer. Instead we went for the easy option and let him spunk our money and give his mates jobs.
I don't think sacking Arry now will turn our season around, can't see many managers & coaching teams coming in, galvanising the team and turning it around, but I'd like to be proven wrong.
I really feel for Tony at the moment, this last few weeks must have been a nightmare for him.

He simply isn't up to it anymore, if he ever was. He is not the right person to take us forward IMHO so what is the point in waiting? Are we really going to suddenly turn it on in the second half of the season and shoot up the table? No, things just don't work that way. It will be more of the same and relegation, since we've used up all our easy home matches and we are terrible on the road - just Burton Albion, who had their way with us in the first round of the other cup.
Time for us to start planning for the future.'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

Why do you do that? I ask that as someone who has never had a falling out with you.

Easy explanation Kev, when we win fans go out and celebrate and aren't too fussed about what's happening on WATRB's. When we lose lot's of fans come on here and vent their frustrations!
