For the simple fact football has moved on. You can't rely on old pals in the premier league anymore. If we are serious about the academy and future growth plans we will need a new manager sooner rather than later and a football philopsophy. Just look at swans and saints. Two similar size clubs to us doing it the right way with young, tactically astute managers still willing to learn and with passion to stay in the job for years to come. No brainer for me. I will add I don't care about todays defeat, this is a long term view and a view I had before and after promotion last May.

I know I don't have to read it but see no point in these threads. Redknapp is not going to be sacked (fact). He will stay until the end of the season. If we stay up he might stay another season (though I think he will be made director of football).
I think if we are going to have a poll it should be "Does anybody think that bringing in a new manager at this time of the season, would make a difference to where we finish in the premiership?"

Harry out. Let's get a football manager rather then someone who had big money at a big clubUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Not knee jerk by any stretch. Scraped up last year with big board support, above the relegation zone this season despite spending a fortune, dumped out of the cup in disgraceful fashion by a League 1 side.
Would love nothing note than this man to be gone from QPR. The game has passed him by long ago & his apparent great man management is clearly not working. Get rid. Problem is Fernandes has missed the boat & also hasn't got the b0llox to do what everyone knows should have been done after West Ham game. Perfect time.
Let's see how the happy clappers feel after Burnley away & Man Utd at home.
