    First of all you STILL cannot view available seats and choose one you like, you have to click and pray the system offers you the (front) row you want without even knowing if there are seats available there, and if the system offers you another row then you have to click and pray again and again and again until either you surmise that the row you want is sold out or the system just does not want to play ball. And even if you eventually have what you want in the basket and proceed to payment and click Confirm, then it gives you the error message and then you log out and log in again and of course your labouriously selected seats are gone, nothing has been booked and the basket is empty again, but the silver lining is - you guessed it, your credit card has been charged! So you have to write to the box office, blah blah, rant over :very_sad:

    I remember the 'old' on-line booking system where you could highlight the actual seat!!.... far better IMHO....

      you CAN choose your seat if you click on find nearest seat and click on the block you wanna sit then type in the row and seat number it will give you the nearest seat to it or that exact seat

        Well I got the kinda seats I wanted, but I never had the Error Message before, they reserved the money for nothing and the box office is slow replying to my e-mail ... now they want me to send them my card details via e-mail, no security :(
        Oh and when I booked tickets in the spring I wrote to them specifically not to send them to Estonia because the letter probably would reach me after I went away on holiday as there was little time left. Got the letter about one day before going away on holiday. Lucky ... and what if the letter came too late? They should pay attention. Frustrating really.
