Which is better?

Hard to tell as 2003/2004 was solid and the majority started playing the championship the following season. 5 years on and we have only just got back up to the same position. how come it has taken so long to adapt to the life in the championship. Can we go up with this team or should we have kept the 2004 team and pushed for promotion?:surrender::shocked:
