I would hazard a bet that Eto'o will come on at some point and have a blinder

Think I'm writing in saying our "best" away performances (ie single goal defeats) so far have been at 3pm on Saturday but once KO is shunted for TV we become abject, ponderous and lose by a minimum of 2 goals.
Only crumb of comfort for me is that EFC are as pessimistic about things as we are and if we can keep things tight for 20 mins (which we usually do) I can see things swinging in our favour and them becoming ragged and disjointed. Big night for Bobby - let's hope he's 100% cos their defence don't like it up 'em and he can bully them all over the shop if he's on it.

Thats the spirit Abselts, we will batter them, and be 15th in the table by 10pm, i have no doubts about it.

Kick off cant come soon enough.

I think what were forgetting is that ever team will be looking to strengthen their team its just a matter of who gets the best players.

Football is a game played in the mind aswell as on the field, i say dont fix what aint broke, get rid of dead wood sure, but dont fiddle with things too much, cos yall know when they clicked they clicked and we played serious football, and against the best the prem has to offer, confidence and cohesion, we dont need saviors.

...if we lose tonight, there should be no moaning whatsoever as away expectations are rock bottom. It will be the expected result. However, reckon our first away point is on the cards tonight!

They have only beaten us three times in our twelve prem meetings. So you never know.
