Got to be honest I'll be a bit shocked if true. Thought he seemed very happy here and doesnt his family know HR or the club well and all get on very well?.... Although like MYU says maybe just a bit early to sign anything especially if he wants to be playing Premiership football next season. If thats the case probably shows he's not the type of player to be chasing pay cheques (I'd imagine we offered him quite a bit if true) and just wants to play at the highest level....SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

What is there to be surprised/shocked about? The man clearly got half a brain at least, unlike many footballers. It is not about loyalty, it is about common sense. You don't commit yourself long-term to a badly managed employer, no matter how much you may like them.Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

reading way too much into it - even if he has turned down an extension it doesn't mean he wants to leave.
We may have offered him an extension on the same wages, and he wants to negotiate a payrise (which he would be more than entitled to given his season so far). You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Doesn't matter how much Charlie loves QPR, he'll be playing Premiership football next season whether we are or not. He'd be mental to sign a new contract whilst we're at the bottom of the table!

One thing I can't stand about us is fact that all our business seems to be done in public.... who we want to buy, who earns what, who's sulking etc etc- it's like club are obsessed with column inches.
I do appreciate that lots of stuff can be leaked by agents, players or agitators but I do think we could be far more commercially sensitive about our business and keep things in house. I'd also have every employee bound by a very tight restriction on talking publicly about commercial/financial matters and wipe the floor with any of them that flouted it. If we operated like that we could easily and credibly dismiss the inevitable guff that would still appeared in print as completely made up or speculative.
