cerny.....6 looked solid and could do nothing about the two goals
leigertwood....7 another top performance from legs capped off with a great goal
stewart......6 looked a bit jittery at times and gave away the soft penalty but a decent enough game.
gorkks.....7 mr cultured again looked solid on the ball and never seems to get flustered.
borrowdale....6 his best performance in the hoops to datemade a couple of mistakes but seems to be reading the game better.
routledge.....6 looked lively and made some very good runs at the barnsley defence.
rowlands....7 every aspect of his game was on display today he looks to be back to form.
watson.....7 loads of industry and invention and a quality pass to put buzz in for his first goal,deserved his goal with a bit of help via the keeper
buszaky.....8 and my motm he did everything today,scored,tackled ,headers a real allround performance and his second goal was brilliant.
vine.....6 made some nice runs into space and a few nice touches but overall needs to keep working hard.i would swap him and buzz over and play him wide.
simpson....6 you can tell he's a wenger boy very nice first touch and awareness is very good too.

faurlin.....6 has all the touches and potential and is improving with every game.
all in all the scoreline flattered us a bit but +5 on the goal average in a week will do us no harm.the squad is improving with every game and is starting to look as if we could be up there this season.i would play vine out wide and drop buzz in the hole as that role suits him.we had our typical 10 minute wobble but atleast this time we finished them off albeit with some generous assistance from their keeper.happy with the result but there is still a long way to go and plenty of room for improvement
