Car Giant just stretching it out, and will sell the land sooner or later.
It's not just us that wants the land, as it will be a whole new area of London to stick on the map.

Just playing hardball as they know the land is in demand.

Yep, bit of sabre rattling by Mendes.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Isnt this more the fault of our government for handing out these freebies? Surely any immigrant would accept hand-outs if they're on offer?

Anyway, those were rhetorical questions, so can we get this thread back on topic please!

I think the current club leadership will help them do just that. Can't wait for April when we are supposed to move forward one more step. Very clever of them to postpone it until April.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

Wait till last years accounts come out in the public domain and we see the new debt figure. Then we will see some more scrambling and some some positive PR stuff about the new stadium/academy. Like clockwork.

It's probably because the anti-move argument is based on one theme, stay as we are, no change. Nothing else.

Lets be honest lads.... AS IF Old Oak Common is gona have an even bigger CarGiant as part of the project... Its laughable that this Mendes fellow even thinks that he has a legit plan.

Go google it. They are relocating the Car Giant business and have already spent a lot of money in planning. All legit.

“Cargiant had partnered with experienced developers First Base and Lipton Rogers to develop our plans, and we have already committed contracts up to the value of £15 million to progress the application for outline planning permission."

So is Mendes a worse businessman than Tony and Co?
Is his company 200+ million pounds in the red even before construction starts?
