I've shelled out thousands over the last five years since i started going regularly, not that i regret an of it. I'm in Berkshire, about 30 miles from the bush and if anyone thinks i'm less of a supporter just because i'm out of town then i find that extremely insulting.

I'm from basingstoke, but I do shift work so I can't make a'lot of games, but I've been to Blackpool, bristol city and chelsea, oh and palace even though it was called off, and I'm going to swansea next weekend,so I go when I can. Some people can't make games because of commitments,it's not as black and white as you say unfortunatley...........

i seem to have upset a lot of posters so sorry lol.obviously i wasnt referring to those people who do go regularly,it was just that i was reading the mbs and saw that loads who went to chelsea didnt go saturday.
anyway i still stick to my other point that if you are not from the area or born into rangers then you cant feel how we feel about em. we had no choice.

depends what you call "the area"i originally came from greenford and had lots of choices of team to support;but i chose qpr and glad i did been going for years1966-2008;i now live in somerset and am terminally ill and i am still as passionate as day 1 ;i am unable to go to matches now but i did go to exeter.so i suppose i am an armchair fan using your criteria

hmmmm went to school at John Betts down Paddenswick road and i think nearly the whole school supported rangers so guess your right , i was born into it, it wasnt a choice. BUT surely if you are not from the area originally and you CHOOSE rangers then that makes you no less of a supporter and in some cases maybe more of one?
