  • Roy Keane

I may be wrong, but weren't there a load of people on here at the end of last season saying that QPR should have snapped up Roy Keane etc and slating the appointment of Magilton ?

    Where are you now.

Do you still believe the same ?

Keane has surprised me,i really thaught he would do well, but the start he has made will probably lead to him being sacked.Magilton has won 3 of his 8 matches in charge,so not exactly manager of the season contender yet.lets see how we do in the next 2 ,win both and yes,ill be convinced about him,we will see.

Never wanted Keane as he's over rated. Didn't want Madge either, although did did warm to the fact I felt he'd do well for us. Not exactly been the greatest start, but he seems to be getting it together.
      Your mum would love me...

yes there were but i think his obsession with rubbish irish players might have put those people off now.

He is crap, signs anyone from Ireland or who has played for Sunderland but then give the size of the squad he amassed at Sunderland there's a fair few to pick from!

I would have taken Keane over Magilton at the time and 90% of fans on here were saying the same. I'm very surprised at Ipswich's start to the season, given time I think Keane will see them through it.

To be honest I didn't want either. I don't think JM is a premiership manager and Keane never was. Just my opinion.

I didn't particularly want Magilton when his name was being mentioned for the job, but I definately 100% did not want Roy Keane! His first Ipswich press conference was stupid aswell, all the press were making out like he had some sort of blueprint to getting out of the Championship. He has only done it once!

Keane did a great job with Sunderland
the guy played for Clough and Fergie
two of the very best, I am sure he will
do well and eventually manage in the premier league.
                              But well done Jim Magilton
you still might get sacked even if you are unbeaten
in 15, that is the qpr way, unfortunately.
