      I think it's sarcasm.

      Looks pretty solid to me.

I don't know - I thought he did rather well and the songs from the P Block seemed to be supportive rather than ironic.....certainly best person playing while Connolly's out

Looking at Delaney tonight, we made the right choice.

Why do all the defenders give Borrowdale the ball when coming out of the defence?

He is a bl00dy good passer of the ball, and how many goals this season have beenhis fault. If we want to play good football, it is essential we have defenders who will play it short or who can pass well. I think it is also no coincidence that we play better football when Hall is not in the side...

Anyway, I like Borrowdale and what a great last ditch tackle he did.

Good point - If his peers respect him then who are we mere amateurs to differ?

Still not convinced he is the man we need.Seems to give the ball away alot with stray passes.Better than Delaney judging by his form at Ipswich.

Stan - I watchd really carefully yesterday, he gave the ball away once when he played a ball low into where a target man would normally be but nobody was there. ON Wednesday at Ch*lsea his passing was superb. I would like to see some stats because I think this lad is doing really well.

                    What is the Borrowdale song?

Have to say he did a few more stray passes than that mate, especially in the first 20 minutes. After that he seemed to settle down better.

Can't remember him much at Chelsea, bit pished.

Do remember a few guys behind me chanting his name alot during the match.Raised a few smiles that did.

Gary Borrowdale had a good match, put in one or two very timely challenges, passed the ball well more often than not, ok some of his passes were misplaced, but where in the world do we find a footballer who doesn't give the ball away at all, never ever?

Borrowdale warrants his place in the team, imo.

End of the day as long as we win i don't care who played. It's when we lose we can pick fault's in team selection.

I'm growing to like him, actually.
I wonder if he started off so poorly due to low confidence -- let's face it, his treatment by the club last season was enough to crush anyone's spirit.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########
