I like Hoilett but for me he is an impact player from the bench. Seems too lazy when he gets a start.

If we can get a fee for hoilett i'd take it.

Additionally i think our wingers are both areas we need to strengthen in january.

Can't argue with that ,but this Phillips is such an annoying pr@t he's got what it takes size pace control but lacks the belief I wonder if Glen could get Eileen to have a word

Yeah agree with that.... both Phillips and Hoilett have 'SO MUCH' potential, but we almost never see it. Phillips to me almost looks clumsy when he's on the ball and I don't really trust he's going to do much with the ball. Hoilett looks a lot more comfortable on the ball but I just know the end product is going to come to nothing, where 9 times out of 10 he'll just run straight into another player... But because of this 'potential' I keep giving them both the benefit of the doubt. But I am quickly coming around to the fact that they're not really going to offer us anything and we need to replace them.

Aint that a fact I'm just hopping the young lad Pastrami benefits from his loan and comes back in January ready for a go at the 1st team

That's what wingers, wide players should be doing rather than cutting in to shoot. they are more likely to get to the by line and be able to pick out a player or get fouled and win a penalty.
