And then there was 'that' save....

I really Like Green, thought he was great for us last season and he seems to genuinely like the club but he does make mistakes plus he needs competition.
    SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

Greeno would have got stick for letting in two own goals - those went in because he did not command his area and defenders. Also Coutinhos shot would have been savable.
      I think McCarthy played well.

Green fanboys out again........ Truth is Green wouldnt of saved any of those 3 and McCarthy looks a zillion time a better keeper.

I don't think it was a world class save. It was a good save, but if Rob had made that save, I doubt anyone would be saying it is world class.

Always rated him at Reading and really liked the look of him today! Keeps his place for me!
"Imagine a relationship that went wrong but you held on in there for years: that's what it is like supporting a football team. Your loyalty to a team can never die. Ties are stronger than they could ever be with a woman. If she goes and sleeps with your best mate, it's over. If the Rs' boss, Ian Holloway, slept with my best mate, QPR would still be my team. Even if many of the things that you loved about going to matches have gone - terraces, team shirts without sponsors and being able to smoke at grounds - you still stick with your team." - Peter Doherty.

Got nothing against green, but there was something about mccarthy that i liked today and would keep him in. Strange though, seeing as he let in three goals and we lost, but he did look good and confident.

Getting his chance is long overdue, like to see him given a games and if he fails e can always give resort to the mediocre-poor Green
I should probably write something insightful here

                    Better then Green
                    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

If body language is any sort of confidence indicator, then McCarthy should be the way forward

Might be a wakeup call for Greeno to up his game

How long does tonsillitis last. I did even know it existed anymore. I was generally something you has as a kid and if it got to bad they removed your tonsils.

I reckon its deffo just a football word for that sore throat bug thats going around. Ive got it. But they cant just say sore throat or there is uproar like saying a players too tired to play for his countrry after seven games etc.
