  • An insider's view of QPR..

..read it and mostly weep (a fascinating read nevertheless)..

Tony McCool Football Coach at Norwich City ex Luton Town & QPR. Creator/Owner Fiitball 2Touch Football & 2Touch Technologies

  • #2
Saw this yesterday. Sadly it shows how badly run the club is from top to bottom. Some people say it is Tony McCool's sour grapes, but Kevin Gallen and Steve Gallen are still mates with him, so I'm inclined to believe him. Tony Fernandes needs to stop letting his head get turned by bullsh1tters and stick to the basics.

He comes across as totally honest and believable, and what he reveals is pretty shocking.

He came from non league luton and has been pushed out and will never get a good job again, hes mad as hell. You can make any story sound true to people who want to believe it. Funny how EVERY single ex rangers player either works for the club or wants to eh.

In fairness Kev he praises the club at the start saying it's a great club . I don't doubt that quite a lot of that is sadly true

Kevin Gallen pretty much said the same things..while he was there coaching, he was waiting to be "stabbed in the back". But some people like to hide away and choose not to believe certain things about our club, which doesn't help anyone.

I think youv'e got a strong point there there's a lot of questions to be answered
Has Harry got the control some think he has , is there interference from above ,
Does T F get involved with bigger names , H R gets blamed for lack signing right players ie 1=2 forwards does anybody believe he wanted to go into the season with a crock and a championship striker , who can say it was just down to H R we only bought 3 three players 2 loans and a free , does the club need ### at this time or is he just an added expence T f has had 5 premier league windows have we got one completely right or come up short on every one , should T f get close to players , Remy was having diner at T Fs house one the eve of his move to chelsea pledging loyalty to QPR , did the blame get passed down to H R unfairly for that and the fact we got left short up front , T F claimed the board had learnt lesson from the passed have they

I think five players is a reasonable number to sign and most people seemed happy with the signings at the time. The only person you can blame for the Remy situation is Remy. If he actually said he was staying at QPR, and not something like if I get an offer from a team in the Champions' League I will be off, I think that shows what sort of a person he is (like his penalty today where he decided to fall down when he wasn't going to get through the defenders and when the player (who got sent off) was nowhere near him.

Yep J 5 was a reasonable amoubt but only 3 were bought for a combined what 15k , no one was happy with the 5
signings not including at least one forward .
Much as we love Tony should the chairman have players around for dinner ? The way the Remy biz was handled can only be said as putting all your eggs in one basket good biz ?
We are lacking organisation that comes from the training field , if true to believe the K B nd J J reports , Tony has got to stop being mister nice guy and tell H R these 2 school girls are out ! it's upto if you want to walk but they are out ! if it's not Tony then P B or Mitels son in law or better still all 3
