Bought Kane & bentaleb into the squad & both done well under him. Gallen, Bircham, Furs all on the coaching staff wouldn't be too bad either. All good at working with young players and would go for them instead of players looking to come here for the dough. I would have Sherwood personally over Redknapp. As said above hes young and hungry and was hard done by at Spurs in my view. If people are content to raise Howe as an option then cant see how Sherwood cannot be considered either
Can see his personality clashing with Barton however!!!
For me the questions TF and board have to ask is he a man that would stand half a chance of keeping is up and in the event he never would he be the right man to have at the club, invest in and keep to build upon. I would say yes to both as he sorted out an under performing and lazy spurs side (who does that remind you off???) and has a passion for the youth so would hopefully look to bring through.
