Spot on for me. We roll over too easily, as if we are lucky to be playing on the same pitch as Spurs, United, West Ham (!!!)

Like my post above says A LOT is to blame on HR but Webbie's right these are fully grown 'professional' footballers who get paid a hell of a lot of money to do a job, so they should do that job!!... also injuries, how many bloody injuries have we had? Constantly injured!.... who's in charge of fitness?
        SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

Oh I agree, the board have made mistakes and should take part of the blame.. but in terms of motivating these players and getting them fit to play for the shirt, then its all HR.

What is needed for a professional football club.
              Owners - a manager - a coaching staff - players - fans.
Everybody needs to put in a shift to be successful
At our club every part is failing

The players have to take their share if blame is being dished out. For me to blame the board for results is ridiculous.

the negativity is born out of poor performances, lack of fight, lack of spirit, poor tactics, the wrong attitude.

Harry's mentality seems to be, let's write off the away games and if we nick a result here or there, it's a bonus.

To get 36 points (which is no guarantee of safety) we need 9 wins and 9 draws. If we nick the odd away win and a few away draws, we're still going to need 7 wins and 7 draws at home out of 19 games.

                    Hard to be optimistic really.

Not blaming them for the results blaming them for the general attitude around the club which is filtered down from the top

The fans are just as bad always wanting more signings and now wanting a Pulis as manager who is another short term appointment

I think Pulis could maybe help us and do a better job.. but we all thought the same about Harry and look how that has turned out!

I don't know what to think!!!

How many foreign managers have been at QPR I remember Paolo Sousa, and Luigi de Canio.
Would this be the time for another?
