I hope we really get behind the team like at Chelsea. Was v struck by the comments of the Cardiff manager saying he knew we wd be more tricky to play at their place than at our own because the fans give Rangers such a hard time. That is crazy if playing at home actually becomes a disadvantage, and makes it quite impossible to go up under those circumstances.
Although it was lacking in passion at times I still enjoyed a lot of our football against Peterborough. We all know we are lacking up front so if we do fail to get the goals it should not come as some great shock, and there really isn't much point in taking it out on the players - the midfield are being creative and its not their fault the board won't buy a striker.
Yes, you've paid your money so are entitled to express your opinion to a bunch of over-paid players who sometimes seem to think they are better than they really are; but if you want to go home happy on Saturday afternoon you need to get behind them anyway, because it cd just make the difference. Booing a misplaced pass will only encourage the player to hit his next pass four feet rather than 40, in other words play into the opposition's hands.
When I read some of our fans apparently furious because we failed to beat Chelsea away it makes me worried about what some people expect. I can't wait to see the likes of Routledge, Watson and Buz tomorrow - it was watching Curtis, Moore and Rose that used to drive me to despair.
Its lovely sunny weather, the Rs are back - be happy.
