I know this is a forum for debate. unfortunately for me I am addicted to looking at what people write. There is a lot of Harry out and stuff at the moment but I would like to have a discussion with some posters who have similar thoughts to myself... Which are

I am still very happy with the job that Harry has done. He got the job 16 games into the last prem season and th squad he inherited had a bunch of over paid players with no ambition to achieve anything. YES . We failed to stay up. But in that summer we were relegated he managed to shift a lot of that poison out the club while still managing to bring in a whole new squad, he knitted those players together and achieved promotion back at the first time of asking! My opinion tho is that the squad he put together to get us out of the championship would of got murdered here in the prem! This summer I'm really happy with the transfer business. Ok Rio is looking a little shaky here and there but I also see a lot of things Rio does well... Caulker looks great. Fer looks very promising..

However I do think that unfortunately these players need time to gel. Today when we scored our goal the whole team run to the corner to celebrate and they generally looked so happy and united.....

The worst thing we could do now is sack Harry and try go again.. Pulis is a great man manager but that's about it. I don't want us playing like Stoke! Harry has got his squad.. Now let him have the season to work with this bunch.

We can't hope for a better manager than redknapp. We can't keep sacking managers because they aren't winning us the prem. 17th is our aim and we will give it a bloody good go at.

Anyone else got any positives.. There is enough other negative threads for people to post on so keep that off here. 😀

That seems to the point, lost on most, yet practically to a man on here posters agreed 17th would be fine.

I don't think we can use the new squad as an excuse for our position personally ABlock as look at Southampton they may be batting above their weight but they also had an overhaul as deep as we did but they do not seem to be suffering the same teething problems

As a positive I think we can help ourselves by picking the inform players. For me Hoillet needs to come back in as does Bobby and the stand ou player could be Niko if we can get him in the right areas. Need to find a place for Nedum in the starting eleven and I said this last time we were in the prem but if we are going to be without defensive midfielders for a bit in Sandro and Barton I would not be against throwing him in the middle as a holding midfielder think he has all the attributes to be immense in that position.

We show in patches that we can play. If we press the other team and keep possession, especially when played up front, we might have a chance. Especially if we revert to three at the back. Kranjcar ought play further forward because Fer isn't cutting any mustard there.

The positives are we have some wonderful players at the club. The best group of individuals since the mid-90's.

Wrong forum. Get with the program: Sack Harry and most of the first team except Ned or Yun or anyone else who hasn´t played. Put a team out with Ned+Yun+Adel and 7 U21 with 5 u18s on the bench and buy back Hitchcock because he was the greatest QPR player ever, and will soon be snapped up by Barcelona...

No seriously: I couldn´t agree more with what you said. Team is improving, and we will be ok. Stay positive.

Personally I think we will see a lot more from fer when he has Barton and Sandro behind him.

Hoilet was good today when he come on.

I'd like to try a diamond of
                      .................Sandro
                      ............Barton............fer
                      ...................,,krancjar
                      ................Austin......Vargas/hoilet

Was surprised joey didnt have to go today and had nothing to do with the game. He was on bt sport in the morning and then took his lad to watch his team in the mersey derby. Players (the captain) dont usually get the day off when injured do they?

Really like this thread by the way ablock, excellent work. Can we please keep westlondon and ricky etc out of here, nothing against them or their thoughts i just dont want to see them all the time. If we can do that i will probably only post in this thread.
