  • Lots of negativity on here and calls for HR to go but what if by some miracle we....

Came away from St Mary's singing walking in a Charlie wonderland after he has bagged a brace in an astonishing 4-0 trouncing whereby Green looks like Shilts and Charlie reminds us all of Lineaker in his prime.... A day reminiscent of walking out of Highbury after we'd stuffed em 3-1 singing in a Gallen wonderland.... What a day that was....

Anyway I know there's absolutely no chance of the above happening just thought I wonder how we'd all feel as I think most of us have already accepted that this season is going to be a long hard one....

I really can't remember the last really good league away day I've had as I've been all over the gaff for the last few years and seem to recall lomg quiet journeys back... It would be nice to travel back to the Kent coast on Saturday night giving it large for a change but am fearing a miserable 200+ mile journey home trying to think of subjects to cheer ourselves up with but, fingers crossed.....

A win wouldn't change anything for me . I think hr could keep us up but for us to move forward as a club a change needs to happen . One swallow don't make a summer and all that , we need a young progressive manager who can mould a squad

I agree that Harry Out is not the future, but he deserves a fair crack at it, and even if we win tomorrow you would still want him replaced? Bit harsh that. Especially a couple of months before christmas.

Imagine if that happened to you at work.

"Greg, come into my office please. You are sacked because a much younger more dynamic person has applied for your job, laters".

I see what your saying Kev but this is a great chance for the club to do something at the top table and in my opinion redknapp won't take us forward . If we stay static for too long we could get left behind. You've only got to look at Swansea and Southampton (both similar sized clubs to ours) to see what can be achieved with a change of philosophy . I can probably count on two hands the number of times we've played really well under his tenure and if were honest we were extreamly fortunate to go up last year and to have this chance again . I just don't want us to waste it , I don't hate hr I just don't think he's the answer tis all

It has and the football under Harry has been poor too. He leaves the coaching to his team and is not known for being good tactically but his main strength has always been man management and getting the best out of players. Just looks old, tired and jaded sitting on that bench and i think the players have picked up on it. He lacks enthusiasm and hunger same as a lot of our players imo. Meida love him and Chairmen love him if you want the profile of the club raised or if you are an avid West Ham fan like TF then Harry (and Rio) is god.

Football is and always has been some of the worst we have ever seen under harry out, and the worst thing is, we are still playing it and losing four nils every away game, why not change it and lose a bit more entertaining?
Must admit, it is hard to have his back all the time.

People say he is a good man manager but im not even sure many players have improved drastically under him? Onuoha has improved but he doesn't play him, its a weird one

Think Ned has improved, but can`t say it`s anything to do with HR, think it`s more like having game time at a critical point in the season.
Would love him to start tomorrow, but think he`ll be counting rivets again.
