Assuming Sandro and Niko aren't fit I would consider this:

      Green

      Ned------Rio--------Caulker

      Isla------Henry------Fer-------Traore------Yun

      Vargas

      Austin

???? Traore Centre Midfield? That's pure 100% insanity for me.

No, that didn't post exactly how I wanted it, Traore would play advanced of Yun with lots of room for the two to interchange!

Kranjcar and Sandro will both have late fitness tests, so with any luck, both will play. That would put a very different complexion on the formations suggested...

            Ideally, for me

            Green

            Onuoha Caulker Ferdinand Yun

            Phillips Sandro Fer Traore

            Kranjcar

            Austin/Vargas

            Subs: Hoilett, Zamora, Isla, Hill...

I've chosen Phillips ahead of Isla because I think he's still improving and he can really deliver a cross for Charlie.. and has pace to burn. The obvious alternative would be to go for an Isla - Vargas combination over Phillips - Austin, maybe after 60 minutes.. Kinda thing.
