+2. I'm sure there is still a lot of support still for the management/players but us positive folk don't feel the need to write something after one good/bad result. I reckon we will be fine. (Even if we get nothing from soton and West Ham)

Its football fella.. fans are fickle, everyone moans about something when it goes wrong because you see the light and why it is going wrong.. Just for the record I haven't done any of those things you said every qpr fan did about previous managers.
As I say.. a 67 year old man is not a long term plan to anything.. a 67 year old man without a philosophy to instil in 2 years is even worse..
I want my team to do well so If we start doing well then I will be over the moon but right now I cant see anything that is going to make us start playing well against the quality we are up against each week.. nor can I see anything that is going to make HR stop making excuses each week.

We very nearly didn't go up.. I didn't think we would you are right and we probably didn't deserve to but we did so It doesn't matter now.. but I am not sure where you got me slinking off with tail between legs from?
As I have said.. I look at two main things in a manager.
Do they they instil a philosophy, style and culture at the whole club to stick to, for it to improve and push on.
And do they improve players.. do you see a progression in them individually.
IMO HR has done neither since being at the club.

Can see both sides to this,
I am behind Harry and will ALWAYS be behind the team, he got us promoted so deserves this season to try and get things right.
But in all his time with us it just isn't clear what he is trying to achieve, I know survival/promotion/survival was/is the aim, but a lot of his decisions leave me scratching my head.
I`m not 100% convinced he really want`s to manage us and never have been.
We DO have a decent team (H`s players, most of em anyway) but are looking squad lite, and that, with the fact we have quite a few injuries makes me wonder where the goals/wins are going to come from.
In other words I think it will be yet another change of formation, tactics and team for a while to come coz he doesn`t seem to have a starting 11.

I'm sure its been tough coz some of our signings haven't trained in summer and getting up to speed. But I may be the only one left on here that still has faith that we are going to survive this season and will improve next season. I'm sure as soon as we get a few games without a loss under our belt then we can start to feel confident and play with a bit more attack and flair. Then the Jan transfer window will help us as well. So there is some fans that still believe in what we are doing and trying to achieve. Its a pity some fans forget where we came from.
Oh and thank you for getting us promoted as I didn't think we would get into play offs in our first season as we had too much deadwood to get rid off. We could of done a Wolves and been relegated again so to actually get promoted in first time of asking is amazing. Even other fans on here didn't expect to be promoted, but have now have short term memories and expected us to win the league which would of been an impossible task after Mark Hughes.
I'm behind you and will be getting behind the team and cheering us on, rather than constant moaning about them. Thank you. (Now here comes the abuse from the negative fans who think I am deluded. Look forward to it!!!)
Some of the performances have not been good because you are so unlucky to buy players that have not trained. Then we must have been lucky to have some good performances. When we have played few more games (gelled) we will be good. I advice you to speak to the Southampton manager, he is a good lad and knows how to make people train and play as a team form day one.
I am really looking forward to see what you will come up with in Jan transfer window, because the players you brougt in in the last 2 Jan windows have done a triffic job for the club. To name a few like Samba, Keane and Maige, just thinking about them makes me feel so good.
qprvoyager10 – just think why you really bother to read what is said on this or any other forum. Forums are for different opinions and that is why they are fun. But when people start to calling those with different opinion name it stops being fun.

Well Mr Voyager, I've not always seen eye to eye with you and often disagree with what you say. On this occasion, I believe you have gone slightly overboard BUT, the sentiment of your post gets my backing and I understand exactly why you have gone over board too. I'm another plus 1 and for the other side of the fence, I've barely posted of late because, frankly, I'm sick and tired of the mealy mouthed, spoilt and over dramatic tone of the repetitive threads. No, you haven't won and yes I will have my say when I can be bothered but, for the time being, I'm giving the Club - the management and the players - the chance to settle in and get to work on the task at hand. That task of course is merely ensuring that we are a premier League team at the end of this season. No doubt it will be a bumpy ride and I will not be gloating after every successful outcome rather unlike you lot that are here so predictably after every negative but were silent after the Sunderland game. It will be measured of course and, in the meantime I will make sure you don't get too abusive of those who want to get behind the team and try to stay a little positive#standuptocancer

I think the bottom line is from my point of view..
I will support the team no matter, I will cheer when we score and be over the moon if we win games.. However, I do need to see some good performances in order to cheer and be positive. I do not think Harry Redknapp is the answer to our future or the answer to stabilising us.
I may be proved wrong but its just what I think... I will always support the team on a Saturday.

WE must not sit back and try to get a draw or a jammy 1 -0 , we must play to our current strengths, ie play with speed and aggression , down the wings. We want Phillips and Hoillet pinging balls into the box for Austin or Zamora to finish.
We want a battling display that will shock Southampton and put them off their rhythm.
Let's have a proper go for once,
