Purchasing additional tickets on a season ticket

Won't let me purchase another ticket for the Liverpool game in the members sale. Do I have to wait for General?

You needed to have purchased the super hoop whatever for £40 or something at the time of purchasing ST then you could get access to one ticket pre anyone else or something.

Ticketing this year is an unmitigated and total fiasco.
