The most salient point of all is our lack of identity. We seem to have skilled players; skilled coaching behind HR; and an owner who truly gives every signal that he wants QPR to succeed with his full help. But the identity thing keeps us hoping, keeps us cheering, keeps us praying, and keeps us interested in staying with the Hoops even if they lose and lose and lose. As long as we know they will leave it all on the field, that they will give their all to win against the best as well as the worst, they will command (and deserve) fan loyalty. When that's absent, it's a very hard thing to muster...much less expect.

Not like no team ever turned it around and played better as the season went on!!!! 5 games and already panicking. Sad really.

The next two games are AWAY. If you cannot start to pick up reults in away games then you do not deserve to stay up. The last time we even scored away in the PL was in the 3-2 defeat against Fulham. After that we went 3 away games without a goal plus 2 this season (5 Premier League away games without a goal).
If we don't get at least 2 points and score goals in the next two games then Harry must go.Last edited by Yousef; 22-09-2014, 06:14 AM.QPR fan since1987

That said he has been awful for us and completely understand peoples patience wearing thin.
There seems to be 2 schools of thought on here.. 1.The result is all that matters.. or 2. performance matters most.
For me, iv`e always said I`d rather watch us play well and lose, than play badly and win. (this most likely makes me a bad fan) but in my experience good performances
create a better feeling through the team and results will soon come good.
Trying to scrape a 0-0 away from home weather we play Man U, Man City, or Yeovil, Millwall just doesn`t add up for me.
No matter what players we bring in or sell we always seem to play the same boreing way (even before HR) I said it many times but we don`t have any identity anymore.
We all watch knowing we have a good squad/team but the performances are just never there, but they should be.QPR fan since1987

I'm in the stability camp but I'd say 5-6 more games and if no improvement then pull the trigger. Lots of results against us lately from other sides performing well.Last edited by Yousef; 22-09-2014, 06:15 AM.QPR fan since1987

After we get turned over 3 or 4 nil against Southampton. Players are good enough, Harry and team for whatever reason are not good enough. If he stays we will have a maximum of 13 points by Christmas and we will be down again. People defending Harry not sure what you're basing your argument on!?

I'm from the States, so I have limited opportunity to see the Hoops other than on TV (last year, it was BBC Radio). But the game I DID see last year was the home tilt against Leicester City. From that day forward to yesterday, seems like LC has played as a team, and with intensity, virtually every game. Looking at the respective rosters, seems ours is certainly on level with theirs. We KNOW the difference. One plays like a team, the other depends on individual performances to salvage success. That's coaching. If not, why even have a coach? Think HR has been a class act pretty much his entire career, and think his best contribution now to the Hoops, and TF, would be as head of football personnel. On the field, we need a tactician who the players not only respect, but can learn and improve from. Instead of constantly talking about "sacking" HR, suggest it better we promote him up the organizational ladder and bring in a field manager who can inspire us to play like, well, Leicester City.

But seriously, have you actually watched any of our games this seson? We are currently, overall the worst team I have seen play in the PL - without the excuse that Burnley have (both their main strikers injured). Harry hasn't just had a pre-season, he's had 2 and a half bleedin' seasons, and still we play like a bunch of strangers. Who else do you blame, but Harold Redknapp? If TF were more ruthless, he'd be gone.

I said to my pal who sits next to me that we seem to make every team look world beaters. We huff and puff but don't create anywhere near enough chances and look bang in trouble when the opposition have the ball.
Yes Redknapp got us promoted but by god we were f ing lucky.
No, for me now is the time to make a change, get someone in before we are right up against it because at the minute we are a poor premiership team and absolute certainties for the drop.
