We don't even press the ball.
Swansea and Southampton have a settled squad and different philosophy than HR. I would love us to play the type of football both those teams do.

Kev - or whoever you are. You know and I know that we disagree about Harry. I was right about Hughes.
I've seen good and bad managers down the Bush and was doing that when you were still having your botty wiped (you can't be as old as me and spend so much time posting, life is too short.) Anyway, good luck to you, hope it all works out.

All in the quality of chances created and Swansea put away 2 of their 5 they had. Don't go thinking they didn't defend for most of the 90 though.
We played exactly like we did at Spurs and got the same resultWe Are The People.....

Originally posted by West London is Rss View PostThat's Redknapp your anger will lie with then.. His game plan was obviously to soak up the pressure and attempt to keep them out for as long as possible, hoping the longer it went on, we may get a chance to put away.. That sort of game plan is great when it works but terrible when it goes wrong, like in this case.

I'm not disappointed we lost, I'm disappointed with how we lost. I'd like to see us play with more conviction and really go at the opposition. Having seen how we went at Sunderland in the first half there's no reason why we can't go at every team like that. We rolled over at Spurs and Utd. There's glimmers of potential, but personally I think our weakness is our defense. Whatever happens, we need to get behind the team on Saturday. It's in our hands to create an amazing atmosphere, we may as well seeing as we all fork out the cash to go to the games!

This isn't a new thing though we have set up like that many times away from home since he has been in chargeWe Are The People.....
