You have missed the point Jour

Im not questioing him as a winger im saying he has had two guilt edged chances to score and he has missed them both when you would expect a premier league striker to hit the back of the net when put in the positions he was

Did you miss my line of he hasn't been fully fit since he signed? - How is he supposed to prove what he is fully capable of without being fully match fit.
We signed him with a broken arm and he had a ligament injury for half the season last season...

I'm not sure that lack of fitness impacts technical ability too much. Agree it might result in him not using his physique to an advantage.

A lack of match fitness effects every part of your game.. everyone who has played the game would know this

I would say judging him on a game away at man u to be harsh , but i must agree with you, i thought he was the weak link against Sunderland at home to, constantly losing the ball , doesn't hold onto the ball to help get the team up the pitch , really struggling to have any impact at this level, i watch him in pre season against Southend and i know it was his first run out but he was miles off it that night to

I suppose there was always going to be a scapegoat made from some of our very emotional fans.. where losing 4-0 away at old Trafford to £300mill worth of players is the end of the world

All managers play unfit players when they're stuck for selection.

As did at least 6 others.

You have obviously not read much of the forum lately then and seemingly stick to making petty comments. I am far from suicidal as you so accurately point out, I am very positive and came away form the stadium yesterday fairly optimistic having seen enough to make me believe we will beat a lot of the bottom sides.
