Its clear to see Fer has plenty in his locker but what a lazy phucker he appears at times. Needs to be made clear lack of effort will not be tolerated.

It's less the result than the way we lost. We didn't string a few passes together or even attempt to retain possession, just hoofed it up top to an isolated Charlie, lost the ball and dropped deep. We looked lost out there, running around after the ball like a bunch of schoolkids..
Redknapp doesn't have any meaningful plan, he's banking on our players being good enough to sort things out themselves, which doesn't work for a team of our stature. We need the team to be more than the sum of its parts. This quote epitomises his 'philosophy' IMO…
Redknapp said: “It’s a simple game and it’s about good players. If you’ve got good, quality people around you then they run the dressing room. Managing is an easy game when you’ve got good players. When you’ve got bad players it’s the hardest job in the world. When you’ve got fantastic professionals it makes the job easy.”
There are plenty of sides with worse players than us who have been competitive in the PL: Norwich and Swansea in 11/12, Palace and Hull last year, etc.

'Arry seems to struggle at setting team up and tactics. His strength is that people seem to genuinely like him and want to play for him which means we sometimes get players we wouldn't have done otherwise.
Think he did get it wrong. Repeating what others have said but Hill at LB away to Manure? Niko in centre away to Manure? I personally think the team he picked is one that might do ok against average to poor Premiership sides but just won't compete against better ones, particularly away. If we are going to play one up front in tough games we need to pack the midfield to ensure we get as much possession as possible and close opposition down and play someone behind the striker. Two wingers and Niko was never going to work and left us too exposed. Niko did fine generally but needs to be in an advanced role.
I'm hoping Hoddle can start to influence things more. Has only been at the club 5 minutes after all and Steve McLaren was influential last season.

I remember when it became obvious Hughes was out of his depth with us. It took an awful long time for the truth to sink in for some people.
Team Harry inc Kevin Bond are not the future of our club. There is no new contract. He needs to be put out to grass sooner rather than later.

When HR saw they had scrapped the 3-5-2 system he should have put up that system with
Hill(onuoha)-Ferdinand-Caulker
Traore- Fer-Sandro-Henry-Isla
Austin Kranjcar(Vargas)
