Not saying it isn't funny, it's just pathetic to see them grasping on to someone else beating their rivals.

I think its absolutely admirable and what football is all about. Local Rivalry.

I don't look that deep into it personally. Light hearted banter is all it is & what I'm taking it for.

If it was just chants etc, it would be fine, the effort that's gone into the stickers and masks etc make it look a little bit....desperate.

It could be quite a feisty game as a result though, so might work out well for the neutral.

Will be mildly amusing if Derby thrash them though.

Unbelievably small-time from Forest fans.

I don't think you get proper local derby rivalry. Nothing is too small to have a dig in that kind of atmosphere.

Forest don't regard N.County as any kind of local derby, a bit like CFC don't take us seriously. But Derby vs Forest is a real Derby. Proper nasty.

Does anyone remember....

A few years ago (cant remember when) we played Forest at home. And if we won they would be relegated. Throughout the whole game there was a load of shouting/banter between both sets of fans, really feisty atmosphere. As it happened we won so they were obviously relegated. And on the final whistle all the Rangers fans stood up and clapped their fans..... no agro, just a bit of respect from our fans.

Always liked Forest, proper supporters. There are some mobs you just get bonded to because of circs, and the 90th minute has kind of cemented that.

Yeah agree. Something I've never quite got about some football fans (not necessary Rangers), the need to hate every other team. Obviously there's rivalries and other reasons why people dont like certain teams, but not to like teams for the sake of it is a bit soft headed IMO....
