  • This £3.50 rip off!

West ham and Southampton tickets sent in same envelope but charged £7.00. Last season when 2 were sent together was only charged £3.50. Bang out of order in my opinion to treat supporters like this. Apparently there's someone new doing away tickets. Jobsworth.

Just spoke to box office and they say it was a mistake so they will not charge booking fee for Chelsea game. They done same for Burton and Man u tickets but no refund for that.

The whole 3.50 fee is a disgraceful mistake.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

Is there any club in the country that do not charge a booking fee? Or is it just qpr that rip their fans off?

You get charged too for home games even if you chose to print the tickets out at home instead of getting them delivered. Disgusting.

Spurs charge 6 pounds, so we don't have it as bad as some.

If they post it then I can accept it, but the fact I pay 3.50 for them to load it onto my membership card is just unbelievable and no excuse really.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I think its just life. Someone invented it as a way of making more money and the while country does it now. Pretty sure its wholescale and we are the same as everyone else. Buy a ticket for anything, theatre etc and its added as a charge. Not worth getting wound up about cos its just another liberty like petrol prices and other things the public get ripped off for.

Bargain to not have to travel into bush other than absolutely necessary.

If you pay £43 for a ticket on a credit card the merchant is charged approx £1.18 by the processing agent, then the bank with charge the business fee for that transaction, so the cost to the club is now £1.48 odd, add in the cost of the postage, envolope and very nice promotional folder/wallet at 50p it soon adds up! So perhaps a fee of £2.50 is more realistic.

Not defending the club but there are costs which unfortunately will be passed on. If you by say three or four tickets at £40 odd the club might actually lose out
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

Do you not think the club add up their expenditure and price the tickets accordingly?, just add the cost to the standard ticket. They have the 3.50 so they do not have to show it in the headline price

It would certainly stop the bleating. But could you imagine the furore if the tickets were £3.50 more expensive and you wanted four or five?

I prefer to see this issue in a positive light and think how good value my season ticket really is.

They also take the pi$$ by charging you 5p a minute from a landline too... Doesn't sound like much but add those minutes up and there's dough being made by someone somewhere.... Makes me sick the greedy leaches.....!

Bought 5 tickets for Southampton away, then a few hours later I bought another for a mate who decided he fancied coming, obviously paid the £3.50 on both bookings. This morning, all 6 arrive in the same envelope! Farking pi$$ take.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.
