After reading the Evenig Standard today ,where Tony gives the green light for Harry to pursue the England job (again )

Apart from the fact that HR getting the top job is like a 500/1 shot, was HR's new contract actually signed? Or was it all loved up chat?

Been out of the loop on that, anyone know? Asking because TF seems to spin the Harry line differently every time he (Tone) opens his mouth......
