what about the 40 million over three years that premier league relegated teams get?
and when we won the play offs does that 110 million count as income for the year?
the first (and only) part of £40m over 3 years (about £16m) hardly touched the sides... even after that amount is paid to us, the loss of £38m in tv revenue still meant that cutting running costs by £22m per year would leave us with the same loss as we got in the premiership.
no, the £110m is a mishmash of tv money for t least 1 season (about £64m) and a new lot of parachute payments (about £46m after inflation spread over 3 years) - it needs to be matched to the seasons.
There is no way we would ever be booted out to the Conference. If push came to shove we'd either just pay the fine or challenge the whole ridiculous thing in court, in which case the first thing we would do would be to get an injunction preventing any sanctions until the court case had been resolved.

"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%? For us that would mean around 29k."
I'm sure any good lawyer could prove a restraint of trade case. Why is it one club, Man Utd, can carry around £400m of debt but spend £150m on players, yet we are forbidden to carry a loss of £64m? If there's going to be a level playing field, wages and transfer fees have to be the same for every club in their respective divisions. That way, clubs can invest in their squads at the same level as everyone else.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
From what ive just heard on Talksport , the problem lies in if we went down ,TF refuses to pay or decides to cut his losses and walks away......Lets just hope the faith that many of you have got in Fernandes is justified ,because we could be proper f ucked if its not
