if we use tactical awaerness from both hoddle and redknapp the whole secret is the formatiopn must be 4-4-2

but the midfield must be full of men of steel its all about the four men that sit in front of the flat back four and my men of steel are

    ------mutch----------------leroy fer---------------barton----------------------------sandro

THESE FOUR PLAYERS WIL;L KICK THE REDS POF THE PITCH BUT DO IT WITHOUT GETTING SENT OFF
AND THIS WILL CREATE CHANCES FOR AUSTIN AND EDUARDO UP FRONT

THESE FRONT SIX PLAYERS WILL GUARANTEE SUCCESS WITH BOTH HOILETT AND MATTY PHILLIPS ON THE BENCH UNITED WILL NOT BREAK THIS FORMATION AND MY FLAT BACK FOUR ARE

I am a bit of pessimist as some of you maye have surmised, but even I am confident that we can beat Van Gaal's Shambles.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

I am very concerned. Falcao mata rooney Di maria is a frightening front 4, allbeit Rooney hasn't done much of late.

Fer really impressed me and I hope we get at their defence.

A point would be a great result but I just hope United don't finally click because they do have plenty of goals in their team!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I guarantee Man U will find their stride against us but it wont be a whitewash like the Spurs game.

I'm optimistic normally but I actually think this is the wrong time to play them. They are due to give a team a spanking and that team will be us. But if so, I think people should just write it off. These are not the games we need to win. These games especially away is a chance to get bonus points. The only negative will be it wont do our goal difference the world of good

This is a superb example of how not to approach this game.

EVERY game has the potential of grabbing at least one point. We've already seen Man City come unstuck at home and other top sides struggle. No disrespect, but that kind of thinking is catastrophic if you're coach, player, manager or supporter.

I think we have the players to make any team have to work hard. From Manure's perspective they have a bunch of new players who will be keen to make an impression but against a backdrop of Van Man saying the team is **** and he wants a new one. You have to wonder what their dressing room is like at the moment.

I suspect Manure will win but I'm hoping it will be tight. Did say the same about Spurs though!

With a flat back four and strong midfield could get something out of it.

Personally think we've got the team to play 4.4.2 very well. Our 2 strengths are our defence and midfield, and we've got to maximise that as often as possible by playing 2 solid lines of defence and midfield....but either way IMO we've got to play 4 at the back.

If we can get to half time at nil nil or dare I say it better we can get something from this game. What we don't want is the Spurs scenario of falling behind early (and publically this time!!)

I reckon Redknapp will go with the 3-5-2 to counter their 3-5-2.

Personally think we'll get battered by doing this and instead we should go 4-2-3-1, soak up the pressure then expose their new defence on the counter.
