The area will need some greenspace, which could be called Phil's Parkes.'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

Should call the ground The O3 cos that's what they have been aiming for. Thats why they got Beardy in. Biggest and best entertainment complex in London with better transport links than the O2 ..serious money to made and i mean millions. Our attendance not going to mean a thing as they will make all their money from the entertainment and the hotel etc etc..we could have 7k in a 40k capacity and be playing in League One and it wont matter to them. Making their money from the new top spec number one entertainment venue in London...what it has been all about since day one but carry on kidding yourself. Might get cheap ticket prices out of it so not all bad i spose.

To those who oppose the move, what's the alternative? Stay put in an ageing stadium that can't be expanded, that has 13% restricted views, cramped, smallest stadium in the prem, while other London clubs like Brentford, West Ham and Spurs get new homes.
Instead of constantly slating the plans, how about coming up with an alternative?Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

30k absolute max ...........
When that has sold out 5 seasons in a row, expand it EXACTLY like Man Citeh are doing !
Simples"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

Like you say cheap tickets & promotions on the cards so not all bad then. Not sure how cheap they'd have to be to sell 40k of them against Carlisle though."Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?

You need to get over your bitterness and accept the way things are. You've had plenty of opportunity to start your campaign group but done sweet FA about it. Why not? Why haven't you lifted a finger to try and persuade the board about your 30k plan, instead of whining on here every time the subject comes up?
Either do something about it or shut up. Pretty pleaseSupporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I know you're still sore about the majority wanting 35k and you being in the minority. Accept that the majority want a bigger stadium than you. You're starting to sound a very bitter fella.
