Can I clarify as I'm confused. Are we funding and building a stadium or are we also funding the 24k homes that keep coming up or is that another developer with the stadium piggy backing off the back of it

If we are funding 24k homes that would bring in a massive amount of rental income year after year

2 sizes too big ? Sounds like Uncle T's plan for our stadium !

Fluck his concert money, what about OUR matchday experience ? 20k in a 40k stadium, we'll be a laughing stock !

So much for listening to our views in his survey, not happy with doctoring the results to nearly suit his plan, he then just chooses to ignore the survey altogether ........

As for somebody quoting the numbers @ Wembleeeeeeeee, we have already established loads of people took partners friends etc etc
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

Psst, I'll let you into a little secret old son. There's apparently 90k people on the club's database, and the club might just be planning to try and get a few of those bods back

By the way, was interested in your comment about TF doctoring the results of the survey. If you have evidence, please share it with us. I'd be livid if what you claim is true.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Nearly 600 local residents have responded so far, and more than 80% support the plans, with 3% disagreeing. 85% agreed and 4% disagreed that Old Oak is the right place for QPR to have their stadium: http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/m...-oak-plans7332

Various Governments have spent x amount of millions / billions on HS2 with no guarantee that it will actually go ahead.

I dont think so I do not agree ok if we moved now we wont fill it but in 5 years time no one knows how big we would be or how small we could be, we could be in europe then we would fill it, or we could be in league 2 which then means you are right but we cannot judge now weather it to big or small
