The guy is an idiot. Started off last season not impressing at Sunderland but dug in and by the end of the season had built a good reputation. So what has he done since then? Farked them off big time and now made himself look a money grabbing, soulless ****. He will have put a lot of clubs off signing him in the future. Might as well have pressed a self destruct button. Be lucky to get bench at Liverpool.

This deal was never even that close , clubs agree a fee and thats it , never going to sign unless we broke the bank for him and his agent

I have no idea why we'd offer that sort of money for him, glad Liverpool are stuck with him.

If ever a man deserved the title, Dipstick, then that man is Borini.

Never wanted him here before I read that and now I want him here even less. Hope he rots in the Liverpool reserves, it's exactly what he deserves with that type of attitude!

Ferdinand and Caulker brought us class, Fer Isla and Mutch brought Joey midfield punch, and Adel will rise again. Borini will end up broken, injured and/or out of football with nothing to show for it but bold statements of macho self-esteem. Sad really -- but not for QPR. We'll pick up another striker or two at the January break. Boring-ini? He'll be striking out at Liverpool...

Interesting that Liverpool will not entertain a loan and would rather pay his full wages. Could it be due to them believing that he will flop and the transfer fee will drastically reduce?

A 23 year old international would rather warm the bench at a club that are desperately trying to sell him as opposed to playing regular football. Not sure what we offered him but would have been £40k per week I guess. Is that not enough to live off? These footballers just don't get it and I include SWP in that category too.

Nonsense in my book, the guy is a mercenary and embodies everything that's wrong with modern day football!

Looks like we properly dodged a bullet there.

And to think that the Sunderland mugs were booing over it!
