When a contract is signed, both parties have an important responsibility: the club to pay the wages as agreed......the player to give 100% effort. If a player is not being paid, he have the right to leave. But if he is not giving his best, why can't the club cancel his contract?

I don't blame any player for collecting the pay cheque that was contractually agreed by BOTH sides. If he is training hard and ready, willing, and able to play when selected, as I believe SWP is, then he is holding up his end of the contract.
If the club stupidly paid too much money for too long to a player who is not good enough, that is on them.'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

Yes SWP is in his rights to go thru the motions and collect his wages every week.
Yes the club were silly to agree those wages in the first place and yes i am sure most people would not turn it down
but there are many people who dont want to be thought of as a paracite and free loader and would go out on loan to try to prove that they are worthy of the
wage they are paid , but SWP is not one of these people, he will always be the QPR Winston Bogarde

Harriman is one of the most underated QPR players, he rarely puts a foot wrong, for his age he is some talent at right backUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO
