I assume we will need at least 38 points to stay in the Premier. That's a point in every other game. Well, we've got three now, which is a point every other game. Hope we keep the momentum going.

Clubs have stayed up with 31 points, and gone down with 39 points in recent seasons. In truth, I think Burnley will struggle to reach 30 points, whilst Crystal Palace and WBA won't do much better. Basically, I'm sticking my neck out and saying 35 points will be good enough this season. You can give me pelters on here in May if I'm wrong.Last edited by surrey_hoop; 31-08-2014, 08:28 PM.

Yes, we are on track, but don't forget we've played twice as many matches at home as away, and relatively easy ones at that! Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Man Utd all yet to come to LR!
Still, I'm feeling much better after that win.'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.
