According to Sky Sport Italia, Queens Park Rangers have approached Parma asking for a possible transfer for the veteran Parma centre-forward Amauri. The Brazilian-Italian striker turned 34 in June and has been linked with a possible exit in recent weeks.
He scored eight Serie A goals in 31 games for the Ducali last season, plus two in two Coppa Italia ties. Amauri is well-travelled thanks to spells at Napoli, Piacenza, Messina, Fiorentina, Palermo, Chievo and Juventus. He took on Italian citizenship, but only received one senior cap for the Azzurri in August 2010.
