  • QPR approach Parma's Amauri

Amauri is well-travelled thanks to spells at Napoli, Piacenza, Messina, Fiorentina, Palermo, Chievo and Juventus. He took on Italian citizenship, but only received one senior cap for the Azzurri in August 2010.

Find this to be a bit of a strange one! Certainly not a replacement for Remy, we really need to get a pacey forward in now...

Smacks of Chevanton all over again. If we sign him, he'll probably play 10 minutes and never be seen again.

I'm sure we were linked with this fella after our previous promotion i just hope Harry doesn't panic looking for a striker like happened in january.

It's panic time now that Remy has left with little more than 30 hours to get in a replacement.
Redknapp said Remy wasn't the sort to leave us in the lurch by leaving so close to deadline without a replacement being lined up.
Austin Zamora and Vargas (if he gets a work permit) until January. So like 2012/13 not a lot of goals again.
