QPR agree deal with Leicester City for defender Danny Simpson ...
Danny Simpson has joined fellow Premier League outfit Leicester City on a permanent deal.
Simpson, who arrived at Loftus Road last summer as a free agent, has penned a three-year deal at the King Power Stadium, after Rangers accepted an undisclosed fee for the right-back.
The Salford-born defender played a key role in our promotion-winning season last term, making 33 starts and one substitute’s appearance.
His only goal for the R’s arrived in a Capital One Cup tie against Exeter City.
The club would like to thank Danny for his contribution to QPR and wish him all the best for the future.
